There are few turbines near us SO FAR. But they're planning on making a huge windfarm above us, with profits to be funnelled to Belgium. Of course now the councillors are claiming to be against it so who knows what will happen? Ah well, talking politics now ;-)
I was curious whether you are 'pro' or 'against' wind turbines, as they are not always popular (among people living near them) as they are with politicians proclaiming that they provide green energy.
Simply A M A Z I N G pics... nothing else to say about 'em :-)
ReplyDeleteWords of praise from another photoholic :-)

ReplyDeleteI'm getting pretty sceptical about global warming; these past two years in Scotland have been freezing.
Even if I did believe, turbines are useless
In regard to your latest scepticism about global warming... it's better later than never! :-)
ReplyDeleteI don't know how 'useless' wind turbines are but they surely are pretty controversial.
Almost no one (from the political establishment, I mean) seems to question their utility, nor the possible risk they pose to people and fauna.
